Baby safety harness

A baby safety harness safety strap protects your baby from crawling out of a chair or being thrown out of a car seat. The harness attaches to the stationary object. Safety harnesses can be attached using a variety of methods.

When shopping for a baby safety harness, look for one that features the five-point harness system. The belt across your baby will be supported at five points: two over the shoulder, two across the hips, and one at the crotch. This is the same kind of system used by race car drivers in vehicles.

Another good baby safety harness is the T shield. The T shield locks down between your baby's legs, so it is more convenient than the five-point system. It is not recommended for children under six months old.
